The site is enabled for personal, non-commercial use. The Company's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order giving rise to the claim, or the equivalent of USD 100 / COP 400,000 where no order is involved. 6. Terms of Sale

Sales in the United States: selling entity Travesía Colombian Corp, New York.
6.1. Products and Availability
Products offered on the site are subject to inventory availability. Listing a product does not constitute an irrevocable offer or guarantee of availability at the time of the order. If a product is unavailable after the order is received, the Company will notify the customer and process a refund of the amount paid.
Our flagship product, Raíces, is a specialty Colombian coffee with a weight of 250g / 8.8 oz.
6.2. Prices, Currency and Taxes
For the Raíces product in the United States, the First Edition preorder price is $20.99 USD and the Editorial Edition regular price is $24.50 USD. Prices do not include shipping, unless a free shipping threshold applies.
The final price is the one displayed in the order summary before confirming the purchase. The Company reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without retroactive effect on confirmed orders.
- Colombia: prices in Colombian pesos (COP), with applicable taxes included.
- United States: prices in US dollars (USD). Applicable state and local taxes are calculated and added at checkout based on the delivery address.
6.3. Early Access and Pre-Sale
Joining the Travesía Early Access list is free and does not constitute a purchase. By submitting the Early Access form, you are registering to receive priority notification when the official preorder opens; no payment is collected during the Early Access phase.
Some products may be offered on a pre-sale basis. This will be clearly indicated on the product page. By purchasing a pre-sale item, the customer accepts that shipment will occur within the published estimated timeframe, which may exceed standard processing times. Estimated shipping dates are not a guarantee and may be subject to change. If the availability date changes substantially, the Company will notify the customer by email and offer the option to keep or cancel the order.
6.4. Order Process and Confirmation
Placing an order generates a confirmation email acknowledging its receipt, which does not constitute final acceptance. The Company may verify availability, order details, delivery information and the transaction before processing shipment, and reserves the right to reject or cancel orders due to unavailability, pricing or description errors, fraud indicators or payment failure.
6.5. Cancellation Before Shipment
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped by contacting pqr@travesiacolombiancoffee.com with the order number. The Company will process the cancellation and refund within a reasonable timeframe. Once an order has been shipped, the Return Policy applies.
6.6. Payment Methods
Payments are processed through the authorized gateways for each territory: Wompi (Bancolombia) for Colombia and Shopify Payments (Shopify Checkout) for the United States. The Company does not store card or payment instrument data. By completing payment, the customer accepts the terms of the applicable gateway.
6.7. Manifest Errors
In the event of an obvious error in price, description or product configuration, the Company may cancel the affected order, notify the customer and process a full refund. The Company is not obligated to process orders resulting from manifest errors.
7. Shipping Policy

The Company ships within the enabled national territories of Colombia and the United States. International shipping between countries is not available through the website in the current phase of operation. Final shipping cost and estimated delivery time are confirmed at checkout.
7.2. Estimated Timeframes
The timeframes below are estimates. They may vary depending on the destination city or state, the assigned logistics operator, service demand, public holidays or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.

For shipments within the United States, the Company dispatches via UPS Ground from New York. These are estimates and may vary based on carrier conditions.
7.3. Logistics Operators
For Colombia, the Company works with Skydropx as logistics integrator and with the carriers it manages. For the United States, shipments are carried out via UPS Ground from New York and through the logistics operators or carriers available for operations in that territory. Specific delivery timeframes and conditions depend on the operator assigned to each shipment.
7.4. Tracking
Where the service allows, the customer will receive a tracking number or tracking link at the time of dispatch. For pre-sale shipments, the Company will notify customers by email with tracking information when their order ships.
7.5. Customer Responsibility for Delivery Information
The customer is responsible for providing a complete, accurate and accessible delivery address. The Company is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, or by the absence of a recipient. In such cases, the cost of any reshipment is the customer's responsibility.
7.6. Failed Deliveries
If the logistics operator is unable to complete delivery, the order may be returned to origin. The Company will contact the customer to arrange a new shipment or, if preferred, process a refund for the product value. Original shipping costs are non-refundable in cases of failed delivery attributable to the customer.
7.7. Events Beyond the Company's Control
The Company is not liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, health emergencies, government decisions, strikes or infrastructure failures.
8. Return, Withdrawal, Refund and Chargeback Policy

This policy governs returns, withdrawal, refunds and chargebacks for purchases made through the Company's website. Applicable conditions vary depending on the territory of purchase.
8.2. Withdrawal Right — Colombia
In accordance with Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011, Colombian consumers may exercise the right of withdrawal within five (5) business days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal:
- The product must be returned in its original condition: unopened, unused and with intact packaging.
- The customer must submit the request to pqr@travesiacolombiancoffee.com within the legal timeframe, providing the order number.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the reason is a defect, damage or dispatch error attributable to the Company.
- The refund will be processed once the request and condition of the returned product have been verified.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to food products that have been opened or consumed, pursuant to the exceptions in Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011.
8.3. Returns — United States
As a specialty food product, Raíces is not eligible for return once the bag has been opened, except in cases of damage or defect.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at pqr@travesiacolombiancoffee.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review each case and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
Returns from the United States must be sent to the address of Travesía Colombian Corp: 40 Morningside Ave, New York, New York 10026, while the definitive logistics operator for that market is finalized.
Preorder cancellations may be requested by contacting pqr@travesiacolombiancoffee.com before the preorder period closes. Cancellation requests after the preorder closes will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
8.4. Opened or Consumed Food Products
Given the food nature of the product, returns of items that have been opened or consumed are not accepted in either territory, unless a manufacturing defect, product received in poor condition or dispatch error is demonstrated.
8.5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If the customer receives a damaged, defective, expired or incorrect product, they must report it to pqr@travesiacolombiancoffee.com within the timeframe applicable to their territory (five (5) business days in Colombia; seven (7) days in the United States), providing supporting evidence. The Company will assess the situation and may resolve it through replacement, exchange, store credit or refund, as appropriate. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by the Company.
8.6. Chargeback — Colombia
For purchases made through electronic payment instruments in Colombia, consumers may request a chargeback from their financial institution or payment gateway in the cases provided by Law 1480 of 2011: fraud, unauthorized transaction, product not received, non-conforming product or defective product.
8.7. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Processing timeframes depend on the payment gateway and the customer's financial institution.
